Our flight was delayed 6 hours and we were exhausted the hotel is in the airport so convenient and we were able to rest while we waited for our flight

My husband booked a room for me, we ended up having my son, his wife and their 3 year old stay with us, They were happy to switch our room to a room with 2 beds as well as a room with a view of the airfield so my grandson could watch the planes. They also gave him a basket of goodies including some binoculars that just absolutely made his day! The staff was so courteous and kind and genuine!!! I truly appreciated them working to not only accommodate our family but to do it with such heart and consideration!

Property was beautiful and the convenience being in the air port is worth the price. The restaurant was not great (food and service) and the shower is tiny and water goes all over. But still a nice place for the value.

That you walk out of security at Terminal D and take the escalator up to the Grand Hyatt. No fighting traffic to return to the airport. Timesaver! It is a beautiful hotel with great amenities is a bonus.

Absolutely the most convenient hotel. First time staying at a hotel within the terminal for a major airport, and we will do this from now on every time. The room was lux but the convenience was unbeatable. Amazing. We will definitely stay here again. Restaurant was tasty as well. A

This was a great stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Desirae, Deja, and Jose. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. It was very convenient to get to my flight on time. Would definitely stay here again!

ランウエイビューの部屋に宿泊したが、サンシェードの故障で眺望ゼロ。満室で部屋の交換不可でした。50ドル分のディスカウントを受けましたが、うれしくはありません。 フロントマンの対応が良かっただけに残念です。部屋の掃除をした時点でわからないとは考えずらいです。 とても残念な宿泊になりました。

We stayed here as the result of flights being canceled due to bad weather(we were coming home from vacation). We were tired and decided to stay here to be as close to access for our flights as we could. The staff were all so helpful, the rooms were nice and quiet, and our son really enjoyed using the gym. We had dinner in the restaurant and Wendy took such good care of us!Thank you so much!

Decent airport hotel, right inside the airport so incredibly convenient for a late arrival / early departure. Food was expensive, but since there's nothing in the airport (outside security) there's not much choice.

Very convenient overnighting at the airport. We arrived late in the evening and had an early flight the next morning. Be careful, there is also a Hyatt Regency at the airport, but it is not easy to walk there from the terminal if you have luggage. You have to walk through a parking garage and up and down several flights of stairs. We were directed there in error by airport staff at the baggage claim area. I just asked where the Hyatt was. Make sure you are getting directions to the Grand Hyatt and not the Hyatt Regency

Very easy to find once you know it is located by the D2 exit. Cohen was extremely helpful upon checkin. He even moved us to another room once we found our original one was across from the elevator. You have to ask for a coffee maker for your room.
