Gillade: Renlighet, bekvämligheter och boendets skick och faciliteter
Thank you to the friendly and courteous staff and for the comfortable, clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Here are some details:
The room, a studio with 2 queen beds, was very clean. We liked that there was a full-size refrigerator, dishes, utensils, toaster, and several other frequently-used kitchen amenities such as a toaster, mixing bowls, spatulas, cutting board, etc. I also borrowed a stovetop and pans, which was very helpful since we arrived on Christmas Eve and needed to cook on Christmas. The table on rollers was great for dining.
The curtain room divider between the sofa and bed was especially useful when staying with a child with an earlier bedtime.
Breakfast was excellent and well-stocked, with different main choices each day (such as hot proteins and potato items) and "staple" items every day, such as waffles with the waffle maker, pastries, fresh fruit, and cereals.
The staff members were courteous and helpful when I asked to borrow the stovetop and pans and needed a couple pats of butter to cook with. When I tried to use the gas grills but found lighting issues, a staff member took the time to investigate and found that the propane
had run out and that the maintenance team would be contacted.
Exercise equipment was in good working order, and the parking lot was safe and not crowded.
If we return to the Dallas area for vacation, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
