the room was great! The staff was very friendly and available to help. Only problem with this hotel is finding somewhere to park.

Great overnight stay
My family stayed here due to the close proximity to the Civic Center during a gymnastics meet. The room was clean and even though it was cold outside, the pool was nice and warm. We used the grill as well and a kit was provided to us. The front desk staff was amazing and helpful with any questions we had. Parking was tight due to construction in the area, but it was manageable.

Disappointed
You need to fix the parking problem at this motel. Heard many people complain about inability to find parking. There are not nearly enough parking spaces for guests plus you have restaurant goers using the few parking spaces for hotel guests. Also, this morning while leaving had to dodge dog waste in the hallway. Unfortunately society is getting to the point that they think they are entitled to have their animals vacation with them but then don’t properly take care of them .

It is very confusing that there are two Home2Suites in the same area. If you are not familiar with the area, be sure you put the exact address in your navigation app. There is also a lot of construction fencing around one. It is a real pain to get from the other one from this one. That being said, Home2Suites is consistently the nicest hotel we stay in.

This was a very well kept property and the staff were very courteous and friendly. We were actually impressed with our room and the space it had. The layout of the room was very convenient.

Excellent location. Friendly staff and clean room. Shampoo, soap, and lotion provided were great. Lots of space in the room and blackout shades worked well. Plenty of snacks to buy in the lobby and free cold water bottles. Great breakfast every morning. The towels and sheets were a bit rough. The shower needs a makeover.

This hotel stay is absolutely wonderful. Starting with the young man at check in; we interacted with him several times and he was so friendly and helpful! The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bed was to die for. So comfortable! You could smell that the linens were freshly washed. I’m a senior and can’t do too much walking, and also considering it’s running over 103 degrees during these days, there’s many dining options just across the parking lot. I’m excited to try the free breakfast in the morning. This place rocks!

Wrongfully accused of noise complaints!!
1. Because of your new computer system it took them 30 minutes to be able to get me keys to our rooms 2. when we finally got our keys I had to go back to the desk 4 times because the keys wouldn’t work in either room 3. We were wrongly accused of being noisy (noise complaint) 5 times delivered by 4 different employees. The complaint was by ONE customer (possibly below me but wouldn’t say) 2 of those times we were just getting back from not even being in our room, 1 time was at 11 pm and we were sleeping 1 another was at 1 am and I was watching a show on my phone and my husband was on his phone! ( we were awake because they woke us at 11) We never even turned on the tv our whole stay! The 5th time was just after we returned from breakfast and was packing up to leave. So that means my stay was ruined by complaints that were never us! I wish they verified where the noise was coming from before accusing us! I was polite and forgiving the first 3 times but by the 5th I was NOT HAPPY and expressed my feelings calmly but firmly!

NO Parking available for all guests. I had to park over 70 yards away after driving 8 hours. No help from the staff. This was a problem discussed among many guests when went down to breakfast. Property brags about their breakfast. Items that should have hot and ready were warm at best. Some still partially frozen. My stay was 6 days and this was the standard . Would suggest that you avoid this property !!!!!

I would not stay at this property again, this property needs to be deep cleaned and updated. Carpets are dirty in rooms and common areas. The property looks presentable on the exterior buy is less desirable on the interior.

Good stay
Location is great. Right next to wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a great splash pad in the same area for kids to enjoy. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean. Only downside was the breakfast, it was slim pickings and the breakfast muffin i did have was hard as a rock and looked like it was old. That was a bummer. Otherwise id stay again just for the location.
