When we arrived to our room, it smelled like wet and the shower was missing the shower curtain. The room was hot and felt stuffy. The staff were very nice and the location was good.

Impressive, the room was huge, bathroom had plenty of room. The staff was exceptional, courteous, respectful. Had an outdoor firepit with plenty of seating around it. Served an above average continental breakfast, plenty of choices. An excellent place to stay. Definitely would stay again.

Huge, clean and great to have a kitchen!
There's a ton of space in these rooms! The full fridge and microwave worked great for our needs...we had to leave before breakfast is served at 7am so we brought and heated our own breakfast. No complaints, would definitely stay here again for future volleyball tourneys in rockwall.

The water pressure in the hotel was really bad and low… also it wasn’t that clean and the fact that they don’t clean the room everyday was a huge disappointment we had no towels overall not a great experience.

New Year's Eve Eve Staycation
I came as a solo staycation to prepare for the New Year. The check in was easy and the associates were friendly. My room was spotless and very comfortable. The hot and free breakfast was awesome. My stay really felt like home.

Check in was great. Our room was quiet and very clean. The only issue we had was on our second night, it started to rain and i was woken up at 1:00 am because there was a leak that was dripping on my head. So sleeping was difficult at that point.

Choose Uncomfortable Sleep or Good Breakfast
If you care about your breakfast and not more of your quiet beauty sleep this is the place. The beds are just horrible. Each time you toss & turn you will wake up because of the squeaky noises. I stayed in 327 and 217. Both beds made noises when I turned in my sleep. Also it’s not the most sound proof place. But you can compromise. Also if you book through a 3rd party and need to extend your stay you have to check out first. They do not extend stays from third party sites like hotels.com Breakfast is actually pretty great. Brandon the night guy was amazing.

I loved everything except that one of the pillows smelled like wet dog. Not sure if the previous guest had a service dog, but it was a very strong smell that disturbed my sleep.

I did not get the room that I requested ahead of time but the room I got was acceptable. The only problem was there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and all of the coffee provided was all decaf.

All good except the shower
Shower was dirty. They need to use some Ajax in the shower and scrub the floor. Definitely required shower shoes. Otherwise it was ok
