This house is currently on the market to sell. It is "staged" primarily for that purpose, but not to use as a cozy Vrbo rental. Keep that in mind if you choose to stay here.PROS: Location and Pet friendlyCONS: Refrigerator was falling apart and was not dependable enough to keep food at a safe temp. Master bed kept falling apart. No frills.

The property was dirty, there was roaches on the floor, spiders in the tub. The floors were coming apart, there was spoiled food in the refrigerator, duct tape holding the shelves together, one bed came apart, little to no hot water. Never could contact the owner, ended up contacting the company and they would not give a full refund because we stayed at the house, but they told me to do so as there was no other available place.

The house was not clean bed linens and towels were bundled on top of every bed. Roaches in the bath tub. When I tried to contact the host, via phone went to voicemails but mailbox was full. Texted and emailed with no response. Disappointing since we sold our house and needed a place to stay for the week. Had to hurry and find a place to stay—- they left us hanging. The good thing is the management company refunded our money.

Great location, but that's it.I'm really sad to report that our group was disappointed with this property. While the location is central to a lot in Dallas, it’s clear there’s little care taken to maintain the home.The bathrooms were filthy - baseboards were covered in grime and dust, and there were hairs stuck to the back of the upstairs bathroom door. The caulking along the tub was dirty, and the area behind the downstairs toilet was absolutely disgusting. The faucets still had toothpaste stains, and the kitchen hadn’t been properly cleaned; we found old food left behind and dishes and cutlery with dried food still stuck to them.Basic supplies like toilet paper and tissues weren’t restocked, and we even found hairs in the bed. There was no Wi-Fi available during our stay even after reaching out to the local host. Although we were able to reach the property management company, they couldn’t reach the host either - and offered no real help resolving the issue.The downstairs bed was already broken when we arrived (one of the braces was on the floor), and the blinds throughout the home were unusable - they wouldn’t open or twist properly. On top of all that, there was no guidebook or instruction binder anywhere in the house, leaving us with no information about Wi-Fi details or local tips.Overall, the location was convenient, but the lack of cleanliness, broken furniture, missing essentials, and complete absence of support made for a poor stay.
