We’ve recently stayed 2 separate times at the Sheraton McKinney. We liked it so much the first time, we went there again when we returned to town. The hotel is lovely and the service is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were greeted both times by Kalpesh and he made us feel very special, taking care that we felt at home there. We also like that the hotel looks and feels classy and welcoming. It’s now our favorite in this area.

Our room was beautiful the walk in shower was perfect for our age (76). The bed was so comfortable and the coffee bar with Starbucks coffee was so enjoyable. We loved the breakfast and dinner at the hotel! Overall just a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone!

Nice Property but Hard Bed and Smelly Water
The property itself is nice, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and I had everything needed in the room. The cons - most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. As soon as I started the shower, the water smelled really strange, both from the shower faucet and sink. Very off putting. I would stay again because of location and the staff, but comfort won’t be a thing.

Nice family stay.
The hotel is new, and it is in a nice area. There are great places to eat nearby, and the hotel restaurant is nice, too. The staff are friendly and very welcoming.

Very sad trip to McKinney Texas. Was just here 25 days ago. Mother passed away here in McKinney so returned and again stayed at Sheraton McKinney. Felt good to stay at reliable comfortable safe and friendly place with great location. Remembered Tania at front desk. She works many hours and always very pleasant. Appreciate her and others at front desk. Thank you
