I stayed here for a work trip and unfortunately the experience was disappointing.
The check-in process relied on a virtual kiosk, which ended up taking longer than waiting for a staff member. I was also asked to sign a document agreeing to a $25 damage fee and was informed of a pending authorization on my card, but the front desk could not provide any record of that charge when I asked. After finishing the kiosk check-in, my room key did not work and I had to return to the desk to have it reprogrammed. The same issue happened again the next day, which was frustrating after a long day of work.
Cleanliness did not meet expectations. The business center area felt cluttered and not well maintained. Upon arrival, there were numerous mattresses stacked outside the building, which did not leave a great first impression. The overall condition of the property could benefit from much better upkeep.
The complimentary breakfast was very limited: basic toast, packets of oatmeal and cereal, Yoplait yogurt, oranges, and coffee/tea. It was enough to technically qualify as breakfast, but lacked quality and variety. I was hoping for something more substantial, especially for guests traveling for work.
Although the shuttle was punctual, the vehicle was not clean and the ride felt rough. I tried to avoid touching surfaces inside the shuttle because of how unclean it appeared.
The location was convenient for my travel needs, but the cleanliness was horrid and staff was lazy.
