Friends’ Stay

Home was beautiful and in a great walkable neighborhood. Don’t think they are locally owned since my communication seemed to have to rely on a 3rd party for answers. Listed hair dryer as an amenity & it was not there, making us have to run to the store. Also, did not have electricity in a lot of outlets & maintenance needed to be better kept up. Found a dirty sock under the rug in bedroom, cushions on outside couch needed to be taken up & cleaned, and tub in downstairs bathroom needed to be scrubbed around the bottom tile ( it was getting icky). It’s the little things that go a long way in a visit. But, overall these items were not going to put a damper on the enjoyment of our stay.

Great VRBO!

The property was even better than it looked in the pictures. Check in was super easy and the location was great with a few cool walkable restaurants in the area. The house was fully equipped with everything that you would need to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!

As a frequent occupant of STRs, I can honestly say my stay at the Rogers House was the WORST lodging experience I’ve ever had. Awning property management was TERRIBLE! They don’t know how to manage and they could never reach the owners to make a decision. The first night, the pipes froze. We didn’t have running water in the shower and tub of the primary nor for the toilet in the half bath. Apparently the property management knew there was a chance for this, but they never let us know. Also, they told me there was nothing that could be done and I just had to deal with it. This was my wedding weekend and I didn’t have time to go back and forth with them. Fast forward 2 days (wedding eve), we get locked out during a snowstorm at 10pm. I called/messaged the property management and they couldn’t find a locksmith. I find one for them and then they cant get payment approved by the owners. After an HOUR of WAITING, I ask them if I pay, will I be reimbursed – they say yes. I pay, we get in. Now they claim it was MY FAULT that the smart lock didn’t work and they wont reimburse me. This is ridiculous because there was a review prior to my stay stating issues with the locks. I asked them about this before booking and they promised everything was remedied. LIES! I have since contacted Vrbo because of the mistreatment by this host and their property manager. I definitely feel like I was taking advantage of. Hopefully this review will help future occupants to be prepared for a mess!

Dallas Cowboy yrip

We have been to the DFW 4 times. Staying in Frisco was great! A bit of a drive from AT&T stadium but it is where the cowboys train all week. Beautiful growing area. Lots to do… the house was great 4 good bedrooms and 3 full baths and a half bath Downstairs. There is a nice master bedroom with a large bathroom on first floor and 3 bedrooms on second floor. One with full bath in the bedroom and the 3rd full bath is in the hall between the other bedrooms. Very nice place and great for a week stay with 6 or more. Would definitely book again.

Trauma in Frisco

We could not gain entry into the house when we arrived. The code did not work. After a few hours somehow we enter the house. We could not leave the house without one of us staying behind because if we locked the house we could not reenter because the code didn't work. The 4 of us went there to play golf and we couldn't. Every day we were asked to be patient while they were working on the problem. The problem never got resolved, The last day a locksmith came and called management about the problem and they told him to wait for a return call. The locksmith said these people were wasting his time and he left. This was a cruel ordeal for us, if we left the house unlocked and someone came in and took our things or damaged the house we could have been liable. The house is a landmark and it's beautiful but our trip was ruined even though I called every day asking for help. Worse of all, we didn't get an apology or a reduction of my cost. This is no way to run a business!

Texas Charm

This home is extremely spacious and comfortable with all needs met. Located in a quiet, wonderful neighborhood with various points of interests (food, cafes, brewery). Very clean and comfortable beds! Highly recommend!
