“The hotel is somewhat at the far end of MA - closer to quepos than to the main beach, but the local casual bus circulates in the Main Street frequently… and this place is close to a place called “the little market” “ el mercadito” where you’ll find lots of food stands, co-working and some nice restaurants.
Phil is managing this rehabilitated property and doing an excellent job. His level of care and attention is super high and all the staff are attentive and focused. ”

“If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding.
We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. “What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!”
