“The property is amazing.”

“Its very nice and comfortable stay”

“Overall had a good experience but floor 19 corridor carpet needs a cleaning as when you walk through to your room, It gives you very mouldy smell.”

“Kan inte klaga på något ”

“Everything was good”

“It's ok for a short stay. Nothing great. Bathroom is basic and small, so is the room. Only consolation is Club Hermis nearby.”

“clean room, polite and helpful staff.need more variety in breakfast buffet”

“The rooms are clean, staff is co-operative and location is calm and peaceful”

“Clean room and bathroom, helpful staff, but there is construction around this property ”

“The pool was absolutely spotless and the overall ambience was truly exceptional. It's safe to say that every single aspect of this property exceeded our expectations.”

“Do not be misled by the pictures. The location and surroundings are unsafe, especially for women travelling alone. The rooms are poorly maintained, unhygienic, and there is hardly any staff support. Even at the reception, the attitude is unwelcoming, which sets the tone for the rest of the stay. This place is definitely not suitable for solo female travellers and can turn into a very uncomfortable experience. This hotel is right in front of the slum. No street lights very unsafe to walk around....

“We arrive say this Hotel after flying all night from Manila. The surrounding areas weee dirty . Furthermore they said that they don’t have any confirmation from expedia so they had no room for us . Not sure who screwed this up but overall a very lousy experience. I didn't get to see the-rooms so I really can’t comment on the hotel quality. When i spoke with the hotel yhey said they don’t deal with Expedia . ”
