Detached cottage for 5 people with a terrace overlooking Lake Dampierre-en-Burly. The ground floor features a kitchen, a living/dining room with a lake view, a bedroom with a 140x190 double bed, a separate bathroom (shower, sink), and a small sleeping area separated from the living room by a curtain, opening onto the terrace with a 90x190 bed (a walk-through space for access to the stairs).
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two 90x190 single beds and an adjoining toilet.
Outside, you have a small elevated terrace with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue.

Parking: Free on-street parking nearby.

Fishing is available near the cottage with direct access to Lake Dampierre-en-Burly (pike, cardoon, predatory fish). Fishing permits are available in the village shops (€26 per year for 4 lines, €6.50 per day permit).
