I did have a slight delayed check in due to the receptionist who spoke very little English not understanding my insistence of prior booking despite having the corroborative evidence. “This is the worst value-for-money I've had in a hotel (and I spend 100 nights/year in them) since last time in New York (NY is always at the bottom of that list....). It has a completely useless key system which gets one repeatedly stranded without possibility to get anywhere. I had to have my card reprogrammed 3 times in 12 hours and STILL it din't work properly.
