“Wonderful large room with very comfortable bed. Also had a full sized fridge freezer.. useful for families. Large comfortable desk for my work, large tv and a great shower. Hotel had strong WiFi and a good breakfast. Breakfast is cooked to order and service is great. Safe neighborhood and friendly staff.”

“Mkt bra”

“Improvement is required in staff English and customer service. as I consider this to be an international business hotel.”

“Me encantó.

“Our stay got off to a rather disappointing start, with a few issues that affected our initial experience. That said, what truly deserves recognition is how the hotel responded to our feedback. After we raised our concerns, the hotel manager reached out personally, apologised for the inconveniences and the hotel staff then went above and beyond to ensure that the remainder of our stay was a pleasant one. Their attentiveness, willingness to listen and genuine efforts to turn things around did...

“Delegation trip, since price is generally hi in Luanda one was hoping for more but this is what you get.... I have been in this profession and the rate they are charging is not up to the delivery expectations. In this city and part of the world it follows what is standard practise. It had what they said on the web page where it was booked so its ok.”

“Le personnel de l'hôtel est aimable et efficace, les chambres sont belles et les installations sont agréables. Malheureusement, la plage est inaccessible et fermée pour cause de travaux, ce qui n'est pas précisé. Tout est en travaux, et il est impossible de profiter pleinement du séjour. De plus, la nourriture est chère.”

“This is the worst value-for-money I've had in a hotel (and I spend 100 nights/year in them) since last time in New York (NY is always at the bottom of that list....). It has a completely useless key system which gets one repeatedly stranded without possibility to get anywhere. I had to have my card reprogrammed 3 times in 12 hours and STILL it din't work properly. The tea/coffee service in the room offers decaf coffee (also known as non-coffee), and some fruit and herb drinks called tea (no...

“More or less as expected. Nothing special but a decent business hotell. Breakfast was not much to write home about. Speedy internet and close to the shopping mall with lots of things and restaurants.”

“If you are looking for luxury this is not the place. No wi-fi. The mattress was wrapped in thick plastic, which was not comfortable to sleep on. There was no beer to buy in the bar/restaurant so we had to go without a drink with our meal when we didn't want red wine. Nice and helpful personal otherwise.”

“They were very productive of keeping the customer happy and comfortable. For example, I don’t eat bread, cheese, pork, eggs, cake, etc… I was free to customized my own breakfast every morning. I also, eat at the restaurant and the food was perfect 👌. The owner doing his maximum training the workers to do the job. I will be back for sure! See my customized breakfast.”

“Estadia excelente. Infelizmente a reserva não ofereceu o café da manhã.”
