âThis was our second time staying at this well managed hotel in Petoskey . Such a nice property . Well maintained with professional courteous staff. The room was very nice with comfortable queen beds for the family . It was located close to the downtown with easy access to restaurants and shops . Little Traverse Bay was easily viewable . We will return . â

âMy family stayed for two nights and everything was wonderful. Communication was excellent and the check-in instructions were thorough and easy to understand. The place was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. Good water pressure which seems like a small thing, but I have terrible water pressure at home so a really good shower while on vacation is a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, and despite the fact that I have sleep issues and usually wake up often, I slept surprisingly well....
âThere is no food. The bed is far too soft. The furniture is sized for a 12 year old. The AC is in the room and very loud. It also was installed incorrectly.â
