Be sure to reserve ahead to dine at nearby Rose and Kettle. Itâs quite good, and is the only nearby restaurant.
Also note Inn is not handicap accessible. Not a problem for us, but others will want to be aware. â
âSuper cute and peaceful location! I have never stayed in a motor Lodge before, and the convenience of having your car directly outside the room is insanely nice. I can see why it was such a popular design. The room was a bit dated, but very well kept, and the mattress older but not uncomfortable. The lodge has a small private beach a short walk down the hill, and you can borrow their kayaks for free! â
âThought this motel met all expectations and needs. It was clean as a whistle with comfortable, large rooms. Some things on the property were not new but they were maintained well. My daughters enjoyed the pools. â
âThis Inn is AMAZING. Tucked away in a small courtyard, it is a welcoming oasis with a cute creek beside it. the staff is totally warm and they treat you like family. there is a kitchen with goodies and a wonderful breakfast to boot. I will come again, just to enjoy the charm of this place. I went for the baseball hall of fame and it was fantastic!â

âMy family and I stayed here for a night during HOF weekend and thought it was great. The location was perfect, check-in went very smoothly and the front desk worker offered valuable advice.
We were also able to access the Lakehouse area, which was beautiful. My son and I played catch next to the lake in a spacious grassy area and the atmosphere added to the experience.

âThe staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. The bathroom had been renovated and was immaculate. Ample towels and toiletries were provided. I especially appreciated the excellent lighting throughout the rooms. âI have no complaints, it was very clean and above my expectations, staff was friendly very friendly and also very helpful.
They told me the heat in the room I was given possibly didnât work and had provided a heater which actually wasnât needed since heat was indeed working.
Overall my only complaint is there a few spots that I donât think are cleaned often such as windowsills.
