Hotell nära Dar Es Salaam War Cemetery

“There was an issue on arrival as I was told I needed to pay even though I had made a prior payment with my credit card online. This was eventually resolved but there is clearly a problem in the arrangement between the hotel and Expedia.”

“Staff did not know about reservation. Did not speak English.”

“Väldigt lyhört i rummet mellan våningarna. Bra hotellfrukost men i övrigt genomsnittligt.”

“The rooms are great, clean and air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was wifi, seems that it gets to limit devices connected whenever the hotel is full. We could not connect the first two days of our stay, and staff could not help”

“when I made check in I was given opprrunity to choose between 2 rooms but at the check out the hotel manager insisted that I need to pay more than what the price was because they upgraded me. I did not pay eventually but had a bad feeling about this try. The internet is very slow, the hotel is very far from the center of the town.”

“The surrounding are so nice and relaxing, easy to get an Bolt if you want to go somewhere else. The pool area is to die for, beautiful pool, clean. I will absolutely come again. The rooms are nice, but I missed a wardrobe I was there for 2 weeks so it’s nice to be able to hang your clothes, payed for an upgrade (balcony) this room was very damp when I shut of the ac, and the doors for the balcony was almost impossible to open. everything is very expensive, the kitchen forgot the sauce every time...

“They could not find my booking and said they are booked but managed to find a room. The restaurant service is super slow ended up leaving and going to KFC as no 1 came to take my order after handing me a menu. Music on xmas day was super load ”

“Welcoming, friendly, and relaxing!”

“I enjoyed my stay. However, breastfast food could be better, food was lukewarm warm or cold. . Staff was decent some better than others.. Area is for shopping. Every 5 market pretty much have the same thing..However, Most storesno one has price on hardly anything. So they can randomly charge what they want for that day.according to their need or what they think they can get. There is a Islamic church on the next street over and...

“I loved the stay and the staff were amazing. A little maintenance in the would be great, hot shower, toilet and sink and the WiFi wasn’t working on the tv. It was a good experience though.”

“Fina rum men taxiresa hit från flygplatsen tar 1 h 20 min och inte 20 min som det står i beskrivningen. Trevligt hotel med bra restaurang och din pool. Havet är inte badbart här”

“Advertises spa lounge, restaurant and bar and river views - absolutely none of the above. Fridge behind reception with beer and a sofa in front of it. You have to eat in your room off a desk. Initially we’re told we weren’t allowed to stay together and then they allowed it within the same sentence. Tried to downgrade the room from what we paid for. Bathroom handle broken off inside the bathroom so you couldn’t shut or lock the door. Only 1 pillow in the room. Wobbly desk which they fixed...
