âAll the staff were courteous. The room I got at the villa was spacious & very comfortable. Loved the huge pool. The breakfast buffet was excellent but it would be nice to have a couple more dishes to choose.â
âThe resort was as advertised. Lots of pools to swim, lots of picnic cottages to choose from. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy and clean. The staff are accomodating and helpfiul.â

âNo elevators and our room was at the top (lol), stair corridor is so thin :-), i do feel sorry for the staff that carries the luggages. We booked for a week and still have to remind staff that we need to refill mineral water, coffee and other must have in our room. Everything cost, example if you order food outside the hotel you have to pay for a fee because they want you to order in the hotel restaurant. But they dont have the things i want. Looks of the hotel really is decieving.â

"Sir Jobert was very accomodating and easy to reach via sms and call. Room was okay, a little outdated but very spacious. Fully functioning kitchen. Bathroom is okay. Although our only concern was the bed which has a little wierd smell. The location is perfect, it is adjacent to the south entrance of Venice Mall. We were happy with our stay."
