I am a Silver member, and according to your VIP benefits, it states that VIP members may receive free breakfast. Because of this, I did not include breakfast when I made my booking, assuming it would be included as part of the VIP benefit. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not included, and I had to pay for breakfast for two days for two people, which cost 795 SEK. This was disappointing, as the information on your website led me to believe that free breakfast was included for VIP members.
