“My friend's statement about sums up this property: "For $350 a night, this is a bit janky." Let me prephace this review by saying that there is nothing objectively wrong with this hotel, but I wouldn't say that it is good value for money. For the $350 we paid a night, there were multiple electrical outlets in the room that only had one screw, or were otherwise loose/coming out of the wall. “Beds are excellent, as you would expect from a Westin. The location is good and the staff are friendly and very helpful (definitely 5 start staff!).
My disappointment is that the hotel feels a little faded, still clean and well maintained.. it just shows its age.
Also, I was surprised to discover a few things missing that I would have considered standard at this price point.
