“Behövde bara en natt men hade gĂ€rna stannat lĂ€ngre! Rymligt, rent, bra kök, stor kyl och frys, ordentlig ac, gratis parkering. Det enda jag skulle sĂ€ga var att det Ă€r en bra bit frĂ„n stan som ligger nere pĂ„ halvön söderut, men dĂ€r gick en buss (#4) för $3, 20 min. Ligger en bra affĂ€r (woolies) bara 5 min bort ocksĂ„.”

“Showed up they weren't even there, called the manager, waited 15 mins for them to show. There was broken cars and sketchy people hanging around. I didn't feel safe. I chose to not confim my check in because I felt Unsafe as a solo traveling woman in my 20s(either I was unsafe or my car was going to get stolen). The manager promised me Expedia would reimburse since the confirmation was pending and i decided to not stay there due to self preservation. Expedia still hasnt reimbursed. ”

“I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am.....”
