âOne of the best stay at a Hotel ever! Very friendly personell, nice Hotel, superb breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool which was located two steps from our terrass. Only negative was the instabile internet.

âWe had a great one night stay when taking the NCCR (New Cape Central Railway) wine tasting train in Robertson. Good walking distance to the raiway.
Friendly staff, great beds, excellent location and stunning gardens. I especially loved the sculptures in the garden.
We bought some food and wine after the train, and had a stay at home tapas dinner. The staff helped us to make a fire, and we sat outside in the fall evening enjoying the lovely outdoor space â

Bereits zu Beginn erwartete uns eine Erfrischung mit zwei GlĂ€sern Wein. Die Zimmer sind modern und gerĂ€umig gestaltet. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Klimaanlage war relativ laut, aber die schöne grĂŒne Lage bringt auch etliches an fliegenden Getier mit sich, sodass ein Fenster-Ăffnen eher schwierig ist. Man muss hier also einen Kompromiss finden.

âThis little hidden pearl is worth a visit for sure. Ideal for children and people who likes the quiet country lifestyle. Loads of animals and the omelette in the morning tasted a little better just by knowing it came from the farm hens, tomatoes from the garden etc etc.
We saw 2 little goat babies come to life before we left. How amazing is that? And a free turtle came to visit us as well. Very surreal but from a kids perspective itâs perfect.
The only minus would be the long dirt road...
âThe property itself is so elegant and stylish with unimpeded views across to the mountains. The deck, pool and gardens are peaceful and full of beautiful sculptures. Our room, Room 4 was spacious, light and airy with a secluded private deck. A gorgeous place to stay within an easy walk to town with all its historic homes. But best of all were the delightful hosts, such warmth and so friendly and genuinely wanting to help in anyway and ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Great breakfast.â
âVery nice one night stay while travelling. Stayed in the garden room - very quiet and also has self-catering facilities. Short walk to several restaurants. We opted for a pizza nearby. Expedia shows breakfast included. This is an error - owner trying to resolve with agency. But breakfast is available at a small cost. Just ask Mike to show you his collection - stunning!â
âWe stayed here for two nights during our Easter holiday and it was such lovely stay in Montagu. The warm and very friendly host, stunning views on the deck, the great location, fresh breakfast and beautiful gardens. I highly recommend this place :)â
âWe really enjoyed our stay. Especially our Toy Poodle and Yorkie. They could roam around freely, because the premises is safe and dog-proof.
We enjoyed the goodies supplied and the owners are very friendly. The cottage is nice and big and we especially enjoyed the Netflix.
Only negatives, here and there things that were not completely clean, like drawers and over gloves, etc but nothing that a thorough clean can't fix. Overall the place was clean enough.
We will definitely go again.â
