• Please use the dining area for meals; avoid eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
• Treat the house, furniture, and amenities with care and respect.
• Kindly use the outdoor kitchen when cooking dried fish or any food with a strong odor.
• Please remove your outdoor slippers/flip-flops or shoes before entering the house for both customary and sanitary reasons.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Visitors are not permitted for security reasons.
• Small pets are welcome.
• No smoking inside or outside the property. (A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs indoors.)
• No drugs, including medical cannabis, are allowed on the property.
• Security cameras are installed at the front door and backyard for your safety.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• We respond to all inquiries between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Messages received after hours will be answered the next day.

For your convenience, check-in is completely self-service. The house is equipped with a smart key door, and your unique access code will be sent a few hours before your arrival. No meet and greet needed, so you can check in at your own pace.
FYI: we don’t have in-house caretaker.
