A wonderful property that I rented out with a few friends. It was spacious, clean, and had tons of fun things to do inside such as foozball, pool and air hockey tables. The pool took some time to heat up but once heated, it was amazing along with the hottub. The hosts were easy to communicate with and check-in was straight forward. It’s in a safe gated community and Universal/Disney was only a short drive away. Would highly recommend and would love to come back!

This is a great house! The pool and hot tub were amazing! The house served our purposes very well. The host(s) were helpful, especially with getting our guests in the guard gate (this home is in a gated community). We didn't really find anything wrong with the property except a few minor things that didn't affect our stay. Overall, a great deal for the cost!

So very disappointed..I had no internet all weekend ..that means no TV in the entire house.the main TV would not even come on.the pool table had no working pool sticks.the air hockey game is broken and just makes loud noise...there was nothing but an big empty non functioning home..I seriously am not satisfied and need someone to do something about it.check-in was not even good..I was not on the registry after sitting in line for 30 minutes and getting sent away.

Stay at Windsor Island Resort

The house size and bedroom organization was excellent for our stay with multiple families with and without children. We were surprised that a house of this size was very lacking in supplies to accommodate the large amount of people it can sleep. We had to purchase many things for our stay in this house which has not been the case in other houses we have rented in the past. This house was very short on kitchen supplies, we had to purchase plastic bowls and teaspoons as the house had none. There were not enough coffee cups for all the adults in the house so we had to purchase those as well. This house had no hair dryers, no dishcloths or dish towels or pizza pans so we had to purchase all of those as well as a mop. None of the bedrooms had any side tables by the beds or any lamps or dressers. We had two adults that use CPAC machines so we ended up purchasing bedside tables to put their CPAP's on at night. We also had to purchase hangers for the closets as they only provided a couple per bedroom .There was not enough outdoor furniture to accommodate everyone so we also purchased two outdoor chairs for use during our stay. The house had just enough pillows and one blanket per bed, it would be great if they had a few extras as some people like to use more than one pillow or need extra blankets if it gets cold at night. This could be a great rental if they would just purchase more items to furnish the house and provide normal essentials that other rentals usually stock.

Annual Golf Trip

20th year for golf trip, we are 55 - 75 yrs old, stayed in many different houses over the years. Cleanliness, comfort, working hot tub and grill very important. This house was perfect, no bunk beds, comfortable for all 8 of us.Issues found, no night stands in bedrooms to place phone on. Gated community, getting through gate especially on weekends is an issue, traffic backs up. Hot tub failed one evening, contacted management, tech arrived 8 am next day, issue resolved. We liked this house so much, have already booked same house for next years golf trip.

Annual reunion

We have stayed at many properties over the years and this home was beautiful and well equipped. The neighborhood was nice but we did have problems checking in with the front gate and actually had 2 upsetting bad experiences with them. I reported the issue andTrust they will correct. I would consider rebooking. hopefully they I would consider rebooking.

Large house in great location

This is a spacious house - everyone really loved the first floor since it is open concept. Kumar, the home owner, was accommodating with our requests. We had a minor setback, but it quickly addressed.The house is centrally located around really good places to eat. I would certainly go back to this house if we plan a similar outing.

BEWARE!!!!! Think twice before clicking "Book Now"

Not sure why this property has so many great reviews...I am usually not one to write horrible reviews but unfortunately this was one of my worst experiences with a VRBO property let alone a property at this specific resort which I have stayed at twice before so. I feel like I do my due diligence when researching places I want to stay at and I know to take each review with a grain of salt however I wish I would have actually heeded the warnings for this one. I even reached out to the property manager before my cancellation period and actual stay (Week of Christmas) to make sure all that was mentioned in the negative reviews had been resolved but unfortunately, they fell short and they weren't. So let's get into it. Pros: Spacious house for large families, quick communications(in the beginning)Cons: Property is not well maintained (pool screen ripped completely open, walls were dirty, not enough toilet paper or paper towels, missing dresser knobs, broken boxspring on one of the beds, no game accessories for the game tables in the house i.e. pool cue, air hockey puck), Pest problem (roaches throughout the kitchen - this has had to be a ongoing issue because there was roach spray under the kitchen sink), Pool/Jacuzzi would not stay heated, floors were EXTREMELY dirty throughout the house especially on the side of the fridge where it looks like the moisture from the filtered water/ice maker leaks and creating erosion on the tiled floors, area rugs need replacing

Granddaughters 1st birthday at Disney

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house Was very accurate to the pictures seen online. The house was clean and orderly when we arrived. There were ample towels for bathing and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The only negative was that trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are not provided for the entire stay. This would not stop me from staying there again. I just know to bring them with me next time. Thank you making great memories with the family!

Orlando family vacation

The house was as pictured, clean, lots of room with very comfortable and big beds!! The resort was beautiful with a lazy river and waterslides. Kids loved it! A few downsides had us rate it a 3: - lack of blankets (thank God the storage room was unlocked and we could access blankets. If not, we would have been cold) - no dishcloths to do the dishes or wash tables and countertops. We had to use a bathroom washcloth which were already limited - power outrage for a day - bbq not functional and spa jets wouldn’t start - traffic was also bad to get into the gated community, sometimes taking over 30min just to be able to get in (however we were visiting during Thanksgiving week)

Wife's Birthday Trip

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. The house was very clean and spacious for the family. We enjoyed everything about the house. We were kind of disappointed that we couldn't enjoy the heated pool due to some electrical issue with the pool heater but that wasn't a big issue. We did see a small amout of critters in the house which could be handle if the issue gets handle right away with pest control before it gets out of hand. Overall the house was nice and also located in a very nice location and we did enjoy our stay.

Great stay

Nice house but needed a few repairs. Lots of TV’s but not all remotes were available and had to buy batteries for 2 rooms. Pocket door on a bathroom door lock was broken and could have locked someone in. Patio furniture was dirty and had ants everywhere. Was able to clean the ants up the three garbage bags that was given to us was cheap and fell apart when we tried to empty the trash but I must say the house was very nice.would stay again . Loved the club house at te community only wish we new about the breakfast lunch and dinner menu at the clubhouse next time try to mention this in your rules and welcome brochure
