Excellent stay!!!
Our stay was very nice. First time staying here and myself, husband, and adult daughter were all overly impressed. We even had several family members stop in for visits and every single one all commented on how nice, spacious, equipped, and clean our room was. They had everything we could possibly need and made our stay very comfortable. Staff was also super friendly and helpful too. This will be our new go to hotel for the holidays each year!

Davenport overnighter
Davenport was so cute! Quiet and had so much to do! We stayed a night traveling back from Yellowstone and I would highly recommend this hotel! It was quiet, clean, comfortable and safe! The bed was also so comfortable. We did travel with a dog and that went perfectly!

Our weekend getaway was great! The room was clean and accommodating. The property was nicely located around restaurants and stores. A bit out of the way for our personal plans, but we’d definitely stay again. Areas to improve: 1. Provide hooks or racks to hang towels/items. 2. Ensure customer gets room size they paid for.

First the room we get has dog hair all over the couch. Then in bathroom in the towels there was hair along with the shower than the king size bed had hair all over I went to the front desk and they moved us which was fine but with kids it was a lot and it was 9 at night. Then when I was going to check out the lady at the front desk informed that she had charged me twice. She also hands me a paper that was $20 cheaper than what I paid and spent 15 mins ridiculing me on how I booked on Expedia and not with them etc first she told me they were more expensive than Expedia than looked it up and saw they were cheaper. I finally was like ok can I get my refund for the second charge she goes what are you talking about it. I said the second charge on my account she goes oh ya calls the manager says they can’t fix it til later. Also it was never noted that you had to pay a $50 deposit when you get there. I also never got to speak to a manager

Our stay at Candlewood Suite was ok. The main problem was somehow the toilet stopped up and instead of someone from the hotel coming to fix it they asked my husband to come downstairs to get a plunger and fix it himself. So disappointed who wants to do manual labor when you're supposed to be relaxing?

The location of the hotel is great, and the pool is nice. The downside was the shower curtain was too short and the floor got all wet getting my clothes wet. And there were what I assume was pubic hair all over the shower walls.

Thank you for your feedback. We will look into the hallway matter and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation, however, since we are an extended stayy hotel, our guests do occasionally cook items that others find less than appetizing

Brittney, I apologize for the smoke smell. We are a 100% non-smoking hotel and we try very hard to insure the policy is followed. Had I known of your issue, We would have been happy to move you to a different room
