As you pull up to this villa, you’ll see a well-maintained front yard and a dark green, two-story villa. The living room is awesome. It has three brown leather sofas for relaxing on, a sliding patio door that leads to the pool area and lets in lots of natural sunlight, and an entertainment cabinet with that all-important large flat screen TV. If it was up to me, this would be the place I’d pick to relax and watch a movie after a long day out at the parks in the Florida heat. Feeling in the mood to stay in and cook a meal? This kitchen is up for the job. It is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and equipment you may need when tackling any recipe, it has a large island that doubles as a breakfast bar, and it also has a small breakfast nook just off to its side. For those occasions where you want to spend some quality mealtime with the people you care about, there’s a formal dining suite, which has a rectangular table and 6 seats. Let’s talk about the bedroom layout. Bedroom one, the master bedroom, is spacious and has a king-size bed, private access to the pool via the patio door, and a large en-suite bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom two is on the smaller side and has a queen-size bed. Bedrooms three and four both have two single beds in them, which is great for the younger members of the family. Want some way to cool down from the intense Florida heat? Head to the private pool and spa in the screened-in pool area at the rear of the house. Make sure you arrange to have the spa heated, in advance (for an additional fee). If you’d rather work on your tan, there are sun loungers, too.

The Marbella community resorts are comprised of two gated estates: South and North Marbella just off US 27, and only minutes from Disney World. The villas are typically 4 or 5 bedrooms in size with quality finishing. They are both gated communities. Amenities include a picnic area, playground, and tennis court.
