“I must say that the staff is super friendly, both the valet parking, in the restaurant, and in the reception. Therefore, I give them 5 out of 5.
The breakfast was also nice.
But the hotel itself and what you get for the money… it is not worth the price. It should be at half the price, then the rating would be significantly higher.
**Payment**
The hotel doesn’t accept cash at all, apparently to save on cash handling. I am extremely disappointed. I chose to pay on site, which was the more...

“The property was clean and the room was nice. Very comfortable bed.
The staff were less than friendly and not helpful. They have multiple pending changes on my account. The staff was less than helpful when I called to ask about it.
I will check my bank tomorrow hoping the pending changes will fall off. If not I was told it can take 7-10 days to get my money back.”

“We enjoyed our stay although the location wasn’t the best for where we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and there was no noise from other visitors. The breakfast wasn’t as good as some I’ve had… very basic. I would say that the staff were consistently friendly and helpful.”

“Second stay and this was even better. We had a room on 4th floor and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and breakfast is outstanding. WiFi is fast. Only issue is that door to bathroom does not close which does not give any privacy. We can definitely recommend and we’ll stay again if in Austin. ”
