“Stayed there because of the pool. Pool was durty and freezing so my kids couldnt even swim. And there was no clean towels in the pool area. Our room was clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. I will never stay there again because of the pool area was we had to hang out in our room.”

“Room 117 is next to exit door and every time somebody used the door it would slam shut and cause the wall (which the headboard was on) to shake. Bathroom was disgusting, was of hair in tub drain, floor needs cleaned. ”

“We were in town from Pittsburgh for my mother-in-law’s funeral.. First of all, check-in couldn’t have been better. It was fast, easy and I believe her name was Stacy? She was the sweetest. The pillows were so nice that I wanted to take one home and make it my own, but I resisted the temptation. The room was clean. The bed was a little firm for my liking but I’m sure a lot of guests would appreciate that. Now for my dislikes. The smoke alarm located on the ceiling above the bed went off at 6:50...

“For the price of the room I would not expect there to be mold in the shower tile cracks. The staff was very nice. The cleaning people only made one bed because of a pillow we forgot on the other bed which is ridiculous. I have never stayed in a Doubletree before and I was told it was the best there was and I will not stay in another one. The room was dark and dingy. The view was a air conditioning units.”

“This is a very nice classic hotel. We loved it. Rooms ok, bed nice, WiFi ok, parking free. The food in the restaurant was amazing. Especially the fine dining restaurant. We could notice that the staff was somewhat starting up for the upcoming high season since the service could have been better but everything else was very good. The AC in the room was quite noisy and we must have had our room just above the main ventilation station for the kitchen or something because we heard intermittent noise...

“I requested a non-smoking room via Expedia, and I was assigned to a smoking room. I didn't have time to change this as I was on a tight scheduled with events/dinners etc. The entire room reeked with a horrible cigarette smell! All my clothes and CPAP machine are now totally smelly. Top latch/lock on the motel door was not secure so there was only one turning lock which did not feel safe.”

“Found some kind of bug in the bed. Burn mark from cigarettes on the sheet. No good cleaning. Staff was very nice though.”
