“This motel is 5 star! Beautifully modernised and renovated, tastefully decorated with class and style. This isn't your average "this will do" basic room; this place is quality, comfortable, intentional, welcoming and pretty. It's the kind of room that you feel kind of sad to leave.
The receptionist Sam was helpful and considerate, and we loved every minute of our stay here. If ever I have reason to stay in Daylesford, the Art Motel will be my first preference! Can't rate it high enough!”

“The property was a bit tired, clean and fine. The bed was very uncomfortable for me and my wife so we didn't quite get the full R&R we'd hoped for. I'm guessing the bed is quite old, it was saggy on each side with a raised section in the middle which is typical for old beds, so not easy to get a good night's sleep - and that is in the top couple of things we are after in accommodation. Spa tub was hot, everything easy otherwise, though I did feel like no-one checked the freezer seeing as there...
“Very dissapointed. The accommodation was canceled 2 hours before we were due to arrive on Australia day weekend. They tried to find us an alternative but all accommodation was full. We were supposed to be celebrating my father's 8oth birthday. Didn't want to do the star rating as we didn't see the accommodation but couldn't submit without it.”
