âIâm sorry but this was the worst bed experience I have ever had at a hotel or apartment. The bed is hard as a rock I had to pile up blankets and pillows to sleep on top of. We left for two nights and slept on the island just to get a better bed!! The house next door is a complete disaster. My jeans were moved and no one was at the desk to handle issues after like 8pm. Hot water last 5min. Internet slow and unusable except for the tv. The stove canât fit two pots at a time so you can only use one...
âThe hotel did not live up to Radisson Blu standard. There was no slippers or bathrobe in the room, and when I enquired they only replied that they were out of stock. Same when I asked for a shoe shine product âsorry we are out of stockâ.
At breakfast they only served plain yogurt and when I asked for yoghurt with fruit taste the reply was again âsorry we are out of stock â.
When I asked for fresh fruit type apples/pears same reply âsorry we are out of stock â.
I guess that they soon will be out...
âThe staff and management were outstanding, they when above and beyond to ensure that my accommodations were right and to my satisfaction. The food was nicely prepared and tasty. Security, housekeeping and all the servers were friendly, respectful and kind to me. I will most definitely be staying with Presken Reliance again!!â
