Location was extremely convenient and absolutely beautiful in summer. Apartment was clean, well decorated, and overall a great stay. Street parking was surprisingly convenient and hassle free. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Dayton area and I’d gladly stay here again.

Home in a historic neighborhood. Correctly listed and photos were accurate. Smaller place but great for a couples getaway!! Lots to do in Dayton as well!

The apartment was immaculate and the decor was an eclectic mix. But the best/unexpected part is that the owner has a green thumb so there are multiple live plants brightening up the place and the patio/walkway is charming!

Awesome place to stay for a UD Flyers game. The unit was clean, beautiful and comfortable. Great location, lots of walkable spots nearby. Way better than a hotel for both location and comfort.
