I don’t like to leave low rating reviews, but I had to with this property. Some units are updated and some are not. Our was not updated at all. It looked nothing like the pictures. Our unit needed a complete remodel. The kitchen countertops and cabinets were original (my guess is late 80’s early 90’s), and need to be replaced. The appliances have been updated which was nice. The furniture was heavily stained and so worn that there was zero comfort. The stains were on both sides of all cushions and pillows in the main living area. There was carpet in the bedrooms, which was also stained and worn. The beds are spring mattresses that are uncomfortable. The main bedroom had no curtains on the French doors. You could hear everything from the main road. Street lights and sun kept it pretty bright in the space. The toilet in the main bathroom was not secure. You can tell general cleaning is done right. However, when a unit is aged to this degree there is no amount of cleaning that can be done to fix the wear and tear. I could go on but really, it just needs a renovation. The pool and grounds were decent. The communication via text and calls was really good. No issues there.
Side note: they do not offer cribs but a pack-n-play as their crib. I’m not sure if this is the norm, but for hygienic purposes there really needs to be a portable crib with linens. Play pens are so uncomfortable for a child to sleep on and cleaning them is not easy like changing linens would be.
