Our room was flooded upon arrival. Maintenance came and cleaned it up and fixed the dish washer that was leaking. Later that night, we were taking a shower when our downstairs neighbor came banging on our door asking if we were using the shower. We said yes and he informed us that his room was flooding and water was coming from the ceiling. We immediately stopped showering and couldn't wash the rest of our stay.
We tried to go get help at the front desk to potentially move rooms but nobody was there. We also requested a late check out but was never told any further information on it. In the morning we called to ask again and they told us we could check out 30 minutes late. We were disappointed because we had stayed up very late the night before due to all the water issues.
Lastly, we finally emailed support to tell them about our experience and nothing came of it. Not even a response.
