“A total mess of management. Booked one month ahead and cannot check in due to overbooking. Seems to be some rookies who didn't understand the booking process and messed up. The front desk is quite indifferent and just asks us to contact the booking platform to make up for their own fault. Apparently running a hotel here means accepting reservations you have no intention of honoring, then acting surprised when guests show up expecting a room. “I stayed here on the front side of my trip and stayed on the first floor. Window was open in my room and the lights from the gas station shined right in. Did find the black out curtain. Breakfast the next day was minimal. No protein and white sugary food. My second stay on the back side of my trip was better. Stayed on the 3rd floor and on the other side of the hotel. Much better. “We didn't leave our room, so no opinion of amenities. Room was roomy and we liked the quality white bed covering that had a thin white cording in a gently rolling design. there was a microwave and refrigerator, but no bathroom amenities.”

“Great little independent hotel. I see some other reviews have spoken about the nearby train going by and the thin walls. The train is definitely close, but once I was asleep, I never heard it again. And I never did hear any of my neighbors either, so I guess your mileage may vary. All in all, a surprisingly spacious room, very clean, with a clean bathroom. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful with a great attitude. No complaints, no notes.”

“This newly renovated “motel” style accommodation is cute and has a great fire pit and views out back. Paper thin walls though.”

“Overall a nice place to stay. Quiet and clean with helpful staff. The Continental breakfast is adequate but could benefit from more frequent cleaning of counters, tables and equipment between guests. They are supposed to clean your room every 3rd day but I had to ask someone directly on the 5th day to get clean sheets and towels. I stayed a total of 8 nights but when I asked for a late check out I was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Seemed a bit rude.”

“The Airstream we were given was quite different from what we thought it would be based on photos. Much older, worn, and out-dated. If I had known it wouldn't be one of the trailers featured in the photos on the website, I would have stayed somewhere else. The community areas were nice, so we spent most of our time there, rather than in the trailer. The view of the Colorado River and easy access to the bike trail also helped to offset our disappointment in the trailer. Nathan”
