“Only stay if you need a roof over your head. The smell of weed in the first room was overpowering. It was missing the smoke detector and microwave, and there were cigarette burns in the blankets. I switched rooms and the second room was missing a smoke detector and had dried dog or cat poop stuck in the carpet. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see what I had stepped on bc only one out of the 5 lights in the room worked. The outlets by the bed weren't working either. ”

“My only complaint is that my code never worked that was sent to me. I called and she remote unlocked it and while friendly was asking questions like I didn’t know how to use a keypad. It’s the exact one on my door at home lol. Either way the code sent to me was wrong or something was wrong with the keypad. This would have been a bigger issue had we planned on coming and going a lot or stayed more than one night. Other than that this is a great little get away. ”

“My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Wiggins was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, professional, and very accommodating throughout my visit. They were kind enough to work with me on checking in early, which made my trip much smoother, and they also helped me easily add an extra night to my stay without any hassle. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate their excellent customer service.”

“The smell in the room was terrible. WiFi would not work. The lady at the front desk tried to help but couldn’t get WiFi to work either. Breakfast on the first day wasn’t great but at least there was plenty of most of the food. The second day no one was refilling anything with over an hour left of breakfast so there was nothing left to eat. The heater for the indoor pool wasn’t working so the water was freezing. Kids tried to enjoy it anyway but I couldn’t let them stay in there very long. ...

“All Elevators were broken. Ice machine was rusted and gross. Coke machine broken. Breakfast was limited. It did not smell clean. It felt humid and old. It needs updating. We did enjoy the dove shampoo and conditioner. ”

The staff was kind and tried to do their best, and therefor I feel a bit sorry for them - because this hotel is in a terrible shape (a hole from a cigarett in the bedspread, a hair in the bed, tv but no remote control and several other things). The hotel is located right between the highway and the railroad...”

“The exterior of the building was great but the inside was terrible. The room stink, was not cleaned properly, and the sheets and pillowcases had stains. You most definitely will need Lysol spray (which I paid $15 for at the local corner store) and antibacterial wipes. The hotel needs updating and definitely the carpet needs to be pulled up. The ironing board and iron needs to be thrown away. Only stayed two nights but those were the two most uncomfortable nights in my life. Already had prepaid...

“The beds were horrible. The platform that the mattresses were on was of some type of metal and every time you turned, it would make a noise like you had kicked it. The staff were not very friendly at all. It was almost as if, we were a bother to them. The elevator and 2nd floor smelled of marijuana. We had my 9 yr old and 5 yr old grandsons with us. I would not stay here again. ”

“I was surprised by this hotel. Honestly i thought it was going to be not what was in the photos. But to my surprise it was. And for the price 10 out of 10 cant wait to come back.”

“Helt ok för övernattning vid genomresa när vi åkte från Louisiana till Florida. Jättebra läge nära 10:an med restaurang el Rancho i närheten. Ganska dåligt städat men trevlig personal och bra frukost med både gröt, ost, yougurt och frukt. ”
