Hotell nära De Soto National Forest

“After we guaranteed our reservation, we arrived to be told that the hotel was sold out and we needed to find another hotel. The clerk was unprofessional clicking her nails and not bothering to look at us. When I asked why were weren't told after guaranteeing our reservation through Expedia we were told that it was our problem not theirs. We were given 4 names of hotels but no help in securing accommodations. Awful customer service.”

“Staff was friendly. No elevator. Stair well very dirty. Room smelled like someone had been smoking marijuana. Awful. Bugs in bathroom, paint peeling severely in bathroom. Only supplied coffee for one person, no coffee downstairs at breakfast. Only muffins availability for breakfast. For the cost of this room $124.00, Very disappointing! We will never stay at a Wyndham again property.”

“Nasty hair everywhere, contacted the customer service number, never had anyone sent out to make it right. Never had new sheets brought to us like they promised. Nasty floors, nasty everything. Will absolutely 100% never be back. Waste of my money.”

“The AC was the only good thing about it. It is full of bums, and they overprice everything. They put me into a dirty room when I first checked in, with holes in the sheets and the curtains, dirt on the walls and some kind of black substance that looked like mold. If you can afford not to, do not stay here.”

“Tv didn’t work we left to give them time to fix it came back two hours later still wasn’t fixed came back to try to fix it still didn’t work looked like a dog chewed the chair arm up. They finally changed our room at like 9:30pm so we didn’t get to relax and enjoy our room. It was terrible.”

The staff was kind and tried to do their best, and therefor I feel a bit sorry for them - because this hotel is in a terrible shape (a hole from a cigarett in the bedspread, a hair in the bed, tv but no remote control and several other things). The hotel is located right between the highway and the railroad...”

“Nothing bad to say at all. Clean comfortable room. Only encountered one staff member at check in. He was friendly and professional. Slept well, woke up refreshed. Several good places to eat within a few minutes driving. Good value at this price point. Would stay here again.”

“The finish was bubbling up on the wall in the room I was staying in. The hall was very dirty and walls and floors had damage. The elevators aren’t working. The front desk did not have any toothpaste. The whole hotel had a slight smell to it.”

“I booked my stay on expedia.com well in advance. On the day of my travel, I hit construction traffic in Texas and Louisiana and knew that I would get in late. I called the property and informed the front desk of my late arrival, offered to go ahead and secure my room with a credit card for the night and was told by the staff it was not necessary. However, I arrived at 3:10 in the morning due to severe traffic, congestion, resulting from the ongoing construction on highway I 10 when I arrived at...

“The front staff were effective at check in. There were what seemed to be intimate stains on the blanket in the room. I messaged the front desk staff after the phone wouldn’t work to get a new blanket. No one ever messaged back so I only had a sheet. It was very late. Also, the “blanket” was just a thin piece of fabric. The “complimentary breakfast” was prepackaged stale muffins and terrible tasting coffee.”

“Room smelled like animal urine upon arrival. There was multiple little centipedes in the floor, the sheets and mattress was soured smelling, lots of traffic noise and people noise all time of the day and night”
