“We loved that the hotel was right on the riverfront walkway. Our check in was very friendly and we enjoyed walking the trail to The Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner. Nice bar and breakfast at the lounge was also good.”

Breakfast included but it lacked in quality and taste. Nobody in the family liked it.
Not enough towels in the room even though it was booked for a family of four. We had to get those ourselves.
Expensive parking. We were informed it was going to be $ 52 but it turned out to be $ 62. I guess it’s because the our car is oversized. Still faulty information though.
If all this is Hyatt we won’t be staying again. We put time into making an informed decision and are very disappointed about the outcome, the hotel isn’t cheap either. There are plenty of hotels, especially in a larger city."
