Deadwood måste besökas och leva sig in vad som hände i wilda western. Finns många hotell att välja på och Best Western är ett av dem. Hotellet behöver en riktig facelift.

My husband and I were traveling from Michigan to Washington state and right back to Michigan. We didn't want to spend a lot of money for rooms because we only needed it for a few hours of sleep. This was perfect! The hotel was clean and the bed was super comfortable! We would definitely stay again.

Good Place to rest for the night
Check in was fast and simple. Handicap room was good, but bathroom pretty small. Bathroom fan was very very loud! Beds were comfortable

Nice spot in small town.
Clean room, decent size, bed was comfortable, good location in small town. Very good restaurant, had dinner and breakfast there. Good value for the price.

They tell you upfront that they don’t have staff, and if you stay more than a day, they don’t clean your room. Staff was very friendly, bed comfortable, water was hot. Can’t complain. Carpets need to be cleaned, but otherwise room was clean.

Its an older property that is well maintained. Casual and comfortable for common and down to earth people, no uppity judgments from staff or other patrons. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good and super fast service. The trolly pick up is just across the street making it super convenient to get to the downtown area. Would stay here again.

Didn't like bed frame ends sticking out and wrapped with a small towel so you would not get hurt. It was unusual.

We were there for Sturgis Bike Rally. This was a convenient motel, if you wish to walk into Deadwood it is a great walk and we caught deer on the way home one evening. We also caught the bus in another night and found this a treat. Not far from Sturgis itself, it was so in the atmosphere of the Rally

Extremely dated
No housekeeping during our 4 day stay. Had to go to office for towels and toilet paper. A/C didn't cool the room as it should have. Smelled musty. Way overpriced for what you get, but it was during Sturgis rally. Velma the waitress at the attached restaurant was not very friendly

Sorry to hear about your experience. We don't offer housekeeping unless it's requested. Nevertheless, we're happy you were taken care of by the front desk suppling you with clean towels and toilet paper. As for our rates, it's standard practice that during the Sturgis Rally all hotels in the area raise their prices. We had the lowest rates compared to other hotels. Hope your future travels are more pleasant.
