“I forgot to bring my own pillow. If I were to book again I will have to bring my own pillows. The curtains remain open with no way to close at night.”

“Staff was lovely. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection. Parking was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby had a smell, but the rest of the hotel was great.”

“Ptac unit would not cool room. Filters where very dirty. Ice machine was not maintenance and dirty.”

“Trevligt och fräscht. För den som vill sköta sig själv och kanske behöver plugga/jobba. Väl utrustat minikök, micro, spis/kyl/frys och diskmaskin, samt skrivbord/matbord. Möjlighet att köpa vissa maträtter för uppvärmning, förutom ett välsorterat köpcentrum tvärs över vägen. Närhet till grönområden. Bra parkering.”

“Great staff. Breakfast was very well maintained. Attentive staff. Great new facility.”

“Everything was great. Will definitely use you again.”

“This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC.”

“It’s a wonderful place to stay”

“Wanted to charge us to check in less than an hour early. Or room was even ready. Otherwise it was a good stay. Would definitely stay again”

“Elevator was broken—there was no shower curtain in our room—we had to walk down stairs because of elevator being broke”

“The room was clean, but I didn't care for the sliding bathroom door and I really didnt like how close the toilet was to the bathroom counter. There was barely enough room to use the bathroom so whoever designed that it was a bad decision. And if your overweight or a senior, it would be hard for them to use the toilet. Also from what I could tell you cant use the elevator in the garage to go up to the floor, which isnt good when you have heavy luggage. You have to use the stairs to go up there....
