âBeautiful hotel in Yala. Stayed here one night in connection with a Yala safari and was surprised by how nice this hotel was. The outdoor area is absolutely lovely, and so are the rooms, which are spacious and stylish. The food at this place was delicious. The staff are extraordinary, especially Shehan.â
âWow, what an experience. When we pulled up into the camp, there was an elephant just there (a tusker no less). The standards were consistently high from there. We were well looked after by the manager Ravi, with impeccable service throughout. My wife's gluten free requirement being well looked after. The views are stunning, the food was great. At camp we sat and watched birds, and beyond seeing an elephant we saw a leopard just crossing the road outside! Before going to bed... Shine a torch into...
âAwesome property and owner. The person was so nice. He saved the day and we slept through our alarm in the morning, and gently knocked on our door to make sure we were not missing out on the safari.
He even gave us bus tips to get to Ella in the evening. And we had a lovely chat with him in the afternoon on his veranda while staying cool from the sun. Heâs a great guy and very caring for his guests. Very highly recommend this place! â

âWe had a wonderfully relaxing few days. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meals were most enjoyable. Our room was immaculately clean and the water was hot. It was lovely to be able to sit out on a balcony and read. The manager arranged a great safari to Bandula National Park and provided us with a very tasty breakfast to take with us. On leaving, they were able to arrange transport to our next hotel. The recently extended and beautifully decorated hotel is located in a quiet area...
âCabanas located in trees - you are literally sleeping outside. Different experience, but nice. Be aware that animals may enter, and the river is very close by, so maybe not so good for people who needs complete silence to sleep. Staff very helpful and nice!â

âWe are a family with small kids and we really loved this place! Lots of activities, nice pools and a friendly and service minded staff. It's huge so even though the hotel was fully booked it never felt to crowded. We went there in July and then the water in the ocean is to dangerous to swim in but oh so beautiful to sit in one of the lounge beds and look at. This is truly a 5 star hotel! The surrounding area isn't the most exciting but we never left the resort so no problem for us. : )â
