“The personnel at the hotel had a lazy attitude and were not nice or polite. I never saw anyone of them with a smile, they were almost rude and seemed as though they did not want to help. “We stayed for one night after our stay in Albania because of the early flight next morning. The location is great, a bit far to walk from the port with a luggage on wheels, but manageable. The service was great. We could check in earlier and they helped us book a taxi to the airport. The building is a bit old, but blends in well in OLD town. Very nice view from our hotel room. Big plus with a small fridge in the room. Much better than expected! ”

“Beach is rather miniscule and across narrow road from hotel beach bar, but its got own sunbeds and umbrellas. Food decent, rooms very nice , in moroccan style, lots of cute cats. Reception people helpful. Wifi went down one afternoon and while it was being fixed, a reception lady (shoutout to Kleonata) let me use her mobile hotspot so i could finish my work. “Väldigt fint hotell som ligger mitt i centrala Korfu, nära gamla staden, fortet, havet och stora torget. Hotellet känns väldigt nyrenoverat och har en fin stil. Det enda vi inte var nöjda med var att det var så lyhört. Dörren till trapphuset isolerade ingenting så vi hörde allt som hände i trappan, inklusive alla som kom hem efter krogen under hela natten. "This is a fantastic hotel and we loved are stay here. The location and views are superb in both the restaurants and the pool-area. Sea veiw rooms are beautiful and clean. Private beach with a lot of sunbeds is also fantastic.Staff if very friendly and helpful. Food, especially in the A la carte restaurants are really good, and also the drinks by all the bars are high-standard. It’s indeed newly opened and they have some areas of improvement to truly give that overall 5-star feeling. There is a slight smell in some areas of the hotel, but didn’t disturb are overall experience. There is not enough sunbeds and people tend to get up as early as 7am to reserve. The main restaurants is a little understaffed especially during breakfast and lunch to take drink-orders. Would love to have waiters come out to the sunbeds and take orders instead of queuing by the bar. Make sure the reserve A la carte dinners before you arrive to make sure you get all your included dinners. "
