“Bra hotell men det ligger lite långt utanför Colchester”

“Room carpet was dirty. Bathroom smelled like pee and it looked gross, too, plus door knobs were degraded. There was no DND sign for the door. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, and awful for people with dietary restrictions. They made me scrambled eggs without milk as requested, but it was inedible due to being undercooked. Who likes stringy (like snot) egg whites in scrambled eggs? Emailed for support, didn't reply. Tried talking to them, they didn't care.”

“Having booked sometime in advance we were disappointed in the room. The room had disabled bathroom facilities. If all rooms are designed that way please ignore this review. We were only there for one night so didn't use any of the facilities”

“Hotel room was a bit tired looking but big and comfortable. The staff were lovely ,food and drink very good and very reasonable. Nice garden and a fabulous breakfast.”
