“Such a great place. Too bad we were not able to stay long. There is a shared bathroom, that was very clean. They offer a breakfast, which was probably outstanding with all their fresh fruits, vegetables and eggs - yes they have chickens, geese, lambs and vegetable gardens and strawberries growing there. “The location on the banks of the Humber River at Steady Brook is a beautiful natural wonder. The dining options on Sunday and Monday are non-existent, but we picked up some prepared foods and sat in the breakfast room on Monday., which was the only meal which we needed to have on-site. The value compares well with hotels in Corner Brook. We had access to a vehicle which is essential for this property.”
