“The pool was clean and everything is super clean and amazing staff made the place feel like home.”

“The one switch on the Wall to put the light on and off when you enter the room was not working, hence one had to scramble in the dark to turn individual light switches on. There was a lot of disturbance at night from the alternate side doors opening and closing, which could have been closed during the night.”

“Noisy, poor air conditioning/ heat. Could not turn the fan on to help with noise control. Layout of the building was confusing. The front staff were ( always) in the back rather than being available when customers were present during a busy time. I must say we have travelled a lot and it was one of the few at the bottom of our list. Would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“We arrived on the heels of a snowstorm after driving 10 hrs. We were greeted by a well-dressed, highly professional desk clerk who efficiently and eagerly answered all of our questions and a few we didn't know to ask. I do not recall the woman’s name but she was a young woman from Great Falls. She was just a gem! Our room was clean, smelled great and the shower was perfect. Breakfast the next day was outstanding! “When I booked this hotel I thought it would be new and fresh. I was so wrong. The front desk staff was only ok at check in. Not so welcoming. The hotel felt old and not so clean. The room was horrible. Located at the first floor and not very soundproof. I could hear everything from the hallway and the lobby. The furnitures felt old and outdated. The room didn't smell good and was dark. Tv was old and not modern. Cleaning was ok, not so good. Breakfast was below average. Staff not so friendly....
