“Excellent location, super close to Deerfield Beach plus lots of great restaurants, bars and the pier. We walked everywhere! The cottage was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed with a lot of unexpected storage. Driveway parking was a plus. We didn’t use much in the kitchen other than the fridge, which is full sized and super convenient. It was a perfect space for the two of us for our 5 day stay. The few times we had to contact the manager, they were very responsive and helpful....

“The hot tun was broken and clearly had been for some time. We received communication about other amenities but not the hot tub. No one seemed willing to talk about it (or be honest about it) and that too, was really frustrating. We ended up leaving after one night and going somewhere else for the remaining 5 nights. There was also limited space at the pool and no place for us to sit…. And we were told that open seats were ‘reserved’ ”
