• Beach Gear – Sink your toes in the sand or help the kids make a sandcastle - either way you’ll be comfortable on the beach with our beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella, basic floaties and coolers.
• Fire Pit – Enjoy a cozy evening under the stars, overlooking the beach from our stationary firepit and Adirondack chairs. Firewood is provided.
• Propane Grill - Fire up a delicious meal with our propane grill, supplied with grilling tools and a propane tank. Perfect for BBQ dinners after a day in the sun.

Things to Note:
• The second bedroom, third bedroom and second bathroom are all located at the rear of the house. There is a large door at the start of the hallway going into this space. The third bedroom does not have its own door. If privacy is desired, the door at the beginning of the hallway can be closed to reduce noise from the main house. Please note that folks using the second bathroom may still pass by. The second bathroom has a sliding barn door separating it from the third bedroom.
• One shower and the bathtub are located in the master bedroom suite; the second shower is located inside the sauna. The laundry area is also located inside the master suite.
• The house is located 100 feet from the highway; road noise is audible from parts of the house. For those who may be sensitive to these sounds, sound machines and ear plugs are provided.
• The home water is supplied by well. Our water is professionally filtered by a salt water softener system, which is regularly tested and has been confirmed safe for drinking. While the water appears clear in most areas of the house, you may see rustiness in color (mainly in the half bath). You may also taste a slight salt or mineral taste. This tends not to be noticeable for use in coffee, cooking, etc., but can be for drinking. Bottled drinking water is recommended for those sensitive to well or salty water. A few gallons of drinking water are provided for each group.
• The back bedroom fireplace is non-operational
• Kayaks, beach gear, and outdoor furniture are put out for guest use from early May to mid-October.
• Early check-in may be available depending on the prior guest check-out and schedule of the cleaning staff. In the event that early check-in is available, the rates are: $50 for 2:00 arrival, $125 for 1:00 arrival, $250 for 12:00 arrival; arrival before noon is only available if the previous night is booked.
Accessibility:
• All entrances to the house require utilizing a small number of stairs
• This is a single-level house; there are no stairs inside the house
Security:
• Exterior security cameras face toward the decks, entrances and driveway, and away from the home interior.
• No cameras are located inside the house
