The Space:
Upon arrival you will enter your own private oasis, where resort-style amenities await. A stunning infinity-edge pool with a swim-up bar overlooks breathtaking canyon and mountain views. Soak in the hot tub under the stars or lounge by the ambient outdoor fireplace. The full outdoor kitchen—including a pizza oven and built-in BBQ—makes this the ultimate space for entertaining and relaxing. Fully privatized and enclosed, terraced front yard offers the perfect space for yard games, sunbathing, happy hour or taking in the sunrise with your morning coffee. Outdoor dining, sleek lounge seating under the bistro lights, a cozy gas fire pit adds entertainment options for all your gatherings.

Inside, the living room impresses with high-pitched ceilings that amplify the sense of space and sophistication. A modern, glass-enclosed wine cellar and sleek bar area add an elegant touch. Relax by the fireplace or enjoy your favorite shows on the large flatscreen TV from the comfort of the oversized couch.

The chef's kitchen is a culinary delight, featuring high-end appliances and a large stone island with barstool seating for three. The Neighborhood:
Del Mar is an exclusive and scenic coastal enclave known for its charming village vibe, offering a luxurious coastal lifestyle with ample outdoor recreation like hiking trails, parks, and the Torrey Pines State Reserve bordering the town. It is revered for its beautiful beaches, scenic coastal bluffs, and the rare Torrey Pine trees that only grow naturally in Del Mar and on Santa Rosa Island. The historic downtown area, known as Del Mar Village, along Camino Del Mar, is renowned for its alluring atmosphere, rich history, and European charm. It is is pedestrian-friendly and features high-end shops, restaurants, cafes, and galleries. Del Mar is also home to the famous Del Mar Racetrack which hosts prestigious horse races during summer and fall racing seasons.

Here are the main beaches in Del Mar:
Del Mar City Beach: This is the main beach in Del Mar, stretching from 15th Street/Powerhouse Park to the border with Solana Beach.
It is divided into: South Beach: A quieter section popular with surfers, accessed mostly by residents.
Main Beach: The most popular section for beachgoers, with wide sandy beaches, lifeguard towers, bathrooms, and adjacent parks like Powerhouse Park and Seagrove Park. Great for swimming, sunbathing, picnics, and beach walks.
North Beach (Dog Beach): The northern section where dogs are allowed off-leash, hence the nickname "Dog Beach."
Torrey Pines State Beach: Located just south of Del Mar City Beach, this is a scenic beach within the Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve. It offers great hiking trails along the cliffs and is a bit less crowded than Del Mar City Beach.
Powerhouse Park & Beach: A small beach area adjacent to the grassy Powerhouse Park, popular with families as it has a playground and is more sheltered from winds.
Other smaller beaches in Del Mar include Fletcher Cove in Solana Beach just north of the Del Mar border, and Cardiff State Beach a bit further north in the community of Cardiff-by-the-Sea.

Other Things to Note:
• 3 night minimum stay.

• Parking: driveway ( 4 cars ) and street parking available for guests.
• 1 dog may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150.
• Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• Pool Heat Fee: Pool heating is available for $150/day in summer (June–August) and $250/day in winter (September–May). The target temperature is 80–85°F, though slight fluctuations may occur due to weather conditions. Fees are non-refundable once heating is activated.
• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this property for my husband’s birthday. The house had everything and more that we needed. I absolutely loved the kitchen. Our boys had the best time in the pool, and sleeping on bunk beds. We were close to so many restaurant's, shops, and a quick drive to the beach & track. We were even able to walk to the market and Starbucks, which was lovely too. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful & relaxing stay with friends or family.

Perfect Home

This house was amazing. The layout was perfect with the master off by itself. The furnishings were top notch. The communication with Alessandro was spot on. Thanks for the nice cold beer, coffee and wine. Was nice to just arrive and enjoy the fire pit.

Beautiful Home, Great Host

I booked this home for a family trip with a mix of adults and kids. I highly recommend it. It is spacious with lots of outdoor living space. At the end of a long day at the beach or zoo, you want to come back and relax there. The outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and barbecue are a really great place to gather. A few notes: -Everything is brand new, so new, in fact, that some things still have tags. That also means that not everything has been completely appointed (we never could find mugs, though there are multiple fantastic coffee makers!), but I'm sure that a specific update will be made shortly. -Make sure to reference the check-in instructions. I have become so accustomed to self-check-in so much that I didn't even think to coordinate the in-person check-in. If anything, I felt bad for our host, who had to wait longer than expected to greet us. That said, the in-person check-in was helpful in explaining the home's features. We absolutely look forward to coming back here!
