Enjoy lake views and stunning sunsets from every rooms in this bright and comfortable air conditioned cottage. Or take it all in from the large deck and pier. Sunsetter awning over deck provides shade on demand and safety gate keeps little ones safe. Table and chairs for outdoor dining. Fire pit for those evenings when you just don’t want the day to end or feel like making s’mores.

Open layout on main floor includes a well equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6-8, and a living area with two comfy couches, 2 swivel recliners. 50 inch flat screen, smart TV (internet, Netflix and Amazon) and a reading nook and fireplace. Sliding doors open to the deck.
There is also one bedroom on the main floor which has a shower in it. The half bathroom is next to it.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms— one with a California King and smart tv and a second with two queen beds and room for pack and play. One bathroom and washer and dryer.

We have two kayaks, one paddle board, life jackets, and two hybrid bikes for you to explore the area. There is a free association launch if you have your own boat or jet ski and boat rentals are available at Lake Lawn Lodge. The Association has a small swim area and park.

The Shore (a small grocery store and bar) is one block and often has food trucks and live music on the weekend. The Watershed is also an easy walk and a fun place to eat and catch some music.

Lake Geneva is an easy 15 minute drive and Delavan, Williams Bay, and Fontana are just 10 lminutes. They offer public beaches, restaurants, shopping, boat tours and a variety of entertainment.
