“The staff was friendly and helpful. The hallways and public areas were clean and updated. Breakfast was good and better than your typical hotel breakfast. The rooms were clean enough but need updating. The housekeeping staff did a great job, but the carpet is old and worn, the furniture is old, the bathroom needs updating, etc.”

“Room was worn and not very clean. AC was loud and still the room was humid. Beds much to hard for our liking Wish they went back to a regular reception. It is not nice to stand and wait by a small slot in the wall, and I am not comfortable with that they disappear with your credit card”

“I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin.”

“The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”
