“My stay at Sosuite at The Loxley in Old City Philadelphia was overall a wonderful experience. Upon check-in, there was some miscommunication regarding my room. I intentionally arrived at the designated check-in time of 4:00 PM, only to find that my apartment had not yet been prepared. “No mirror in the room, there was a mouse in the M club and multiple mouse traps under food and coffee area. No trash bags in garbage cans.. Staff is very friendly though.”
