“Very nice”

“This was my first time to stay at the Sioux Falls clubhouse. It was so nice and clean. And the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed the outside area for my dog and the kids. We also used the eating area when friends visited. We had a place to sit and visit outside our rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“Great location, nice clean property, Starbucks is available if you take a quick walk over the skyway to the hospital. Breakfast was good, wish they offered more fresh fruit or biscuits and gravy, but they had many options for breakfast sandwiches.”

“Everything thing was wonderful. We 100% recommend the Historic Victorian Inn. If we find ourselves staying overnight in Sioux Falls again, this will be the place where we will stay. ”

“Desk staff extremely helpful, room was clean and spacious, room heating and air conditioning unit extremely quiet, bed and recliner very comfortable, excellent linens. Kitchen does not have dishes, pots & pans etc but appliances all worked.”

“Someone was allowed to charge to my room from the hotel store. Apparently hotel staff do not verify that someone charging to a room is actually in that room. Trying to get my $ refunded now. Pool was cold and no towels in the pool area. Elevator broke. Tv in the room did not work and when I called front desk the women could not come and look at it because she could not climb 4 flights of stairs so we had to go without a tv. Otherwise room was comfortable and breakfast was good. ”

“Nice little breakfast area. The room could have been a little cleaner. Something was spilt on our door? Maybe coffee. And there was something spilt in the bathroom on the counter. Close to downtown and walking distance from parks. ”

“This is an older unit, I would say 40-50 years old, not maintained. Hall carpet grungy, common area wall covering out dated and damaged. Common area air was stale and smelled of cleaning solutions. The number one complaint I had to check out because of bed bugs, not only my unit but others checked out due to bed bugs. The place needs to be shut down remodeled and repaired. Find some place else to stay, yes it is convenient to the hospital but not worth it. Did I mention the bed bugs? ”
