Hög standard men låga priser
Rent och fräscht hotell. Utifrån hotellets prisnivå och läge i det kaotiska Pahar ganj förväntar man sig lätt en halvsunkig innemiljö men man blir positivt överraskad så fort man kliver innanför dörrarna. Väldigt bra boende för lite pengar.

Totalt inkompetent personal
Hotellet i sig var ok, men personalen var totalt inkompetent. Det börjar med att de checkar in oss under fel namn. Tydligen var det någon gäst som hade liknande namn. När vi ska gå ut andra dagen säger de att vi ska checka ut. Jag säger att jag Har betalat för 2 nätter till. När vi kommer tillbaka till hotellet har de inte städat rummet. Jag går ner och pratar med dem och efter många om och men hittar de felet. De säger att de ska städa, men städningen är inte ordentligt gjord. Smutsiga lakan, våta handdukar. Rummet var väldigt fuktigt hela tiden. Vi bokar transfer till flygplatsen, men när jag kommer ner och ska åka ligger alla och sover, inklusive chauffören. Min mamma ska åka flera timmar efter mig, de ringer henne 1,5 timma innan hon ska åka och säger att hennes taxi är där. Sen när hon väl ska åka vägrar de att släppa iväg henne om hon inte betalar för rummet, vilket jag betalade för när jag bokade hotellet för två månader sen. Så boka aldrig rum på detta hotell!! Hotell frukosten var dessutom väldigt dålig och väldigt dyr. Vi åt på ett hotell över gatan som hade bra frukost buffé och var mycket billigare.

good hotel but no AC
Everything started really good. The staff was really helpful and service minded. Unfortunately the AC stopped working our first evening . We told the staff the same evening. The day after when we came back to the hotel they hadnt even looked at it. Ended up we had to pack our things and move to the room below, where the AC also didnt work. So we paid for an AC room but only had AC half a day out of 4 days. No compensation. The first 2 days we got the impression that they almost thought that we didnt know how to handle the remote- A bit humiliating. Also when we booked, it said that we had free bottle water, not totally true. We paid for three person but only got two bottles per day, the third one we had to pay extra for. Beside this it was a good stay and good breakfast too. We also booked a daytrip to Taj Mahal, Agra, by the hotel. A really good trip with a guide. I can recommed this hotel but do not expect that the staff care about fixing problems. You better dont have any problems with your room.

Hotel mitt i livet av människor
Har nyligen kommit hem efter en resa i Asien. Två nätter bodde jag och min dotter på Aura hotel. Jag ville bo på ett någorlunda bra hotel i Dehli eftersom allt runtomkring bara är ett gytter av allt. Jag blev lite besviken eftersom det kändes smutsigt och mörkt. Det fattades ett täcke på en av sängarna och vi fick be 5 gånger innan någon kom upp med täcket. Internet krånglade också, vi bad om hjälp och det ordnades väl till slut. Jag tyckte om området där det låg, rörigt men rätt så mysigt. Vi hade bott på Radison i Agra nätterna innan så kontrasten blev väldigt stor.

Hotell Aura - gång avstånd till Connaugh place
Vill du ha hotell med god standard och samtidigt med lågt pris, skulle jag absolut rekommendera denna hotell. Frukosten som ingick var av acceptabelt kvalité och priset i övrigt på restaurangen var rimlig. Det är 5 minuters gångavstånd till tågstation och ca 15 minuters gångavstånd till connaught place. I beskrivningen står att säkerhetsskåp finns på rummet vilket inte stämmer, detta finns inte att tillgå på hotellet. Det fanns personal som var något obehaglig och som tvingade till sig att ge service ex genom att bära väskor och därefter inväntade dricks eller liknande.

Hotellets restaurang och pris var helt ok. Dock ligger hotellet i ett mycket väldigt fattigt område och man ska inte gå ut efter mörkrets inbrott. Varmvatten saknades i duschen, AC blåste rakt över sängen i ansiktet och rummet var inte bra städat.

Don't stay here, rooms are dirty snd staff very unfriendly, location not tourist friendly at all, did not feel safe at all. We left in fact before even staying the night , not sure how this on Expedia hotel list !

Pathetic experience. I booked this hotel through expedia and made my full prepayment. When I reached there on my booked date, they said they have given my room to someone else and asked me to stay in the near by hotel. Upon my denial, they provided me a very bad room which was on the lower floor, not clean at all. Without any other option as I was with family. I would suggest don’t go by the picture of this hotel. These are cheaters 😭 Waste of money with very very bad experience.

Our family really liked the travel desk. He was very professional and helped us to get what we wanted. He even went out of his way to be there for us when he was not supposed to be. He got out the maps of Delhi and showed us where to go and what to see. He made sure his driver showed us all the places of the map and the driver was excellent. I highly recommend visiting travel desk. You will get excellent services.

Extremely bad experience
The worse hotel stay for me ever. I have been to more than 20 hotels this one is the worse. I booked and came to the hotel but was told that they ran out of room. I was sent to Park inn Hotel next door for a higher rate (they charged me 29 USD instead of the original booking of 23 USD. This is cheating. The outside of were nothing like the pictures for both hotels. The hotel is dirty. I saw tooth picks left on the sofa.

Cheap - but not worth the money/time
Awful service and advertised facilities are false - just not worth it! Just unapologetic cheats unfortunately. - The Hotel said they would pick me, but didn’t. Then said they didn’t have a reservation for me, made me wait 1hr and a half and numerous calls to try to sort out before I had to get a taxi from airport myself which they would not refund. Stated didn't give out free airport shuttle despite showing it on the website. Then changed tack when I showed them the site, and said they would only do it one way! Be aware! (since noticed previous review stated similar issues) - No daily housekeeping for my "Premium Room" - done once in 4nights consisting of man standing on a towel and walking around (and this only happened because I complained 3 times that it hadn't been done). - Their is no Sauna, Fitness Centre, Steam Room, Lazy River as at (time of writing) they claim they have. - No Fan, Hairdryer or Ironing Board in room as advertised - Window ill-fitted so constantly open, meaning water flooding carpet, leading to room smelling of damp. Also could hear everything, happening outside, during the night. - Wi-fi is awful to non-existent, have to call up regularly to get a new code which rarely works and when it does, takes 5 minutes to load one page! Not ideal if want to research locations/places to eat etc. - Breakfast food and location was ok

Мы остались довольны этой гостиницей. Въезд и регистрация были очень быстрыми и безпроблемными. Номер бронировали для того, чтобы подождать вечерний рейс на самолет (утром приехали из Агры). Гостиница стильно оформлена. Номер находился на первом этаже, недалеко от ресепшена. В номере было все необходимое (чайник, кофе, бутилированная вода, сахар, гели для душа). Очень комфортная и уютная кровать. От гостиницы можно дойти пешком до метро (New Delhi, Выход 5), откуда можно доехать на аэроэкспрессе до аэропорта.

Bed Bugs!!!!
The room was very dirty and the sheets were not clean - they had not been changed from the last guests! There was one dirty towel and no toilet paper. We called housekeeping to change the sheets and when they came to do so we found evidence of bed bugs on the mattress and the walls. We left the room immediately. The hotel staff were not surprised when we told them we were leaving because of bed bugs. They said the owner would refund us but after we left they decided not to issue a refund. The place is way overpriced for the condition of it. Do not stay here, the place is disgusting. Hotels.com did not refund us either.

premesso che solo le camere premium hanno le finestre sulla strada,tutte le altre all'interno non le anno.Si vive come in un bunker con la luce sempre accesa e al mattino bisogna uscire per vedere il cielo.Le parti comuni sono sporche,non ho mai visto nessuno lavare i pavimenti e i vetri sono opachi.La colazione è modesta di scarsa qualità,avviene in ambiente sporco con un addetto che tocca con le mani quello che mangerete.Aria condizionata incontrollabile.Da evitare assolutamente va bene per depressi.

could not expect better than this
Hotel was was good in condition . Location is also good. We expected more spacious room. standard room was small. Although it was clean and bed was also comfortable but there was no window.
