Mycket bra Hotel. Bekvämt och bra service. Flera olika bra restauranger, bra gym och trevlig pool. Utmärkt Royal executive club. Nära Cyber Hub och shopping mall.

Lyx boende, mat och bekvämligheter
Överväldigande frukost, boende, service, proffsiga personal, lyx hoteltransport t o r till flygplatsen, intilliggande Ambience shopping mall som är en av de bästa i Delhi. Leela varumärke fortsätter stå för sin kvalitet. Vi vill äta kinamat som inte fanns på menyn hos Spectra på Leela. Chef Anand på Sous presenterade sig och frågade vilka rätter vi vill äta. På kort tid fixade han dessa rätter på ett utomordentligt sett. Således saknas ordet ”nej” på Leela i stort och i synnerhet på Spectra.

Perfect hotel with great service
A very nice hotel with great service, if y are coming in or are leaving Delhi, is this the absolute best place to stay, great service and very near the airport.

Ett helt suveränt hotell! Det fanns absolut INGENTING att klaga på! Servicen och rummet var helt outstanding, med två 40tums tv med massor av engelsktalande kanaler, badrummet hade både bubbelbadkar samt separat regndusch! Frukosten var helt otrolig med enorma mängder mat och dryck att välja på och allt var färsktpressat och helt nygjort. På hotellet finns även ett stort shoppingcenter med flera märkesbutiket bl.a "Mango", "Tommy Hilfinger" och "CK". Läget är närmare flygplatsen än stan, men det gör absolut ingenting. Vi bodde bara här en natt, men jag skulle kunna åka tillbaka till Dehli bara för att få bo på detta hotell igen, :-)

There was too much noise from drilling. I could not sleep well. Instead of helping then and there they proposed upgrade next time. When I showed discontent they didn’t even bother to respond. Not the Leela I hoped for

This is an unbelievably nice hotel in the heart of Gurgaon. The staff made our experience unforgettable and were always friendly, welcoming, and warm. They were friendly not because they had to be, but because they were happy to host us at their hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. It's a very easy walk to the mall next door, so you can shop or grab a bite to eat without ever fighting the Delhi traffic. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and it's definitely on our list for our next trip to India.

It was my first time staying here. The property is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and was good as well. The pool area and gym was very clean and nice as well!

Nice clean property. Overall, good experience. Reception staff; Jayant was courteous with my check out and extending by an hr. Also, Ashok Kumar, the elevator security person was very pleasant and always greeted with a smile - also ensured the safety all the time during my stay. One item I need to point out that is on my last day of stay, at the breakfast, as I was still having my breakfast and left my table to get food, a guest sat on my table across from me. This guest was earlier sitting on an adjacent table. I told him that I’m still having breakfast on this table and he totally ignored me. I did inform the hostess at the Spectra restaurant, as the staff should be paying attention w.r.t. the seating.

空港送迎のリクエストを忘れていたりとフロントの対応はよくありませんが、ベルデスクの方はお願いしなくても、私の仕草から察して荷物の重さを計ってくれたり、トイレまで案内してくれたりと対応が非常に良かったです。 朝食レストランは和、洋、中、インドと種類が豊富で、スタッフも良く気がついてくれて、食事を楽しめました。 施設は5つ星にしては壁紙が剥がれていたり、カーペット、床の汚れが目立ち、メンテナンスに問題があります。が機能は問題ありません。 モールに直結しており、出発前の買い物をするにはとても良いです。

Love this place. Great gym. Amazing breakfast. Kind staff. Good food options. Right next to the mall. Decent spa. Clean in my experience. Nice rooms. Beautiful design. Peaceful lobby where I love to read and relax. Only complaint is the room wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was very hungry from traveling all day and had to wait around. But when I complained the jumped on it. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice property, very dissatisfied with the Diya restaurant after waiting 45mins for dinner to be served. Cheek of a manager saying that is a normal time to wait to be served. Walked out and found better service in cyber city.. restaurant was not even busy and had a celebrity chef working. They were to worried after complaints of dal not being cooked from a couple who we’re probably trying to get free food. Apart from that nice hotel, and lovely rooms.
