To begin with, this hotel is outstandingly beautiful. The location is perfect and all facilities are in top class.
On the other hand, it is in the details that the hotel can’t get full pot from my point of view.
One of the arguments for choosing this hotel is their floating restaurant the Waterfront.
But believing that a hotel guest can only pass by is wrong.
The first evening we had to sit in the public area of the restaurant, which was OK.
The second evening we were put in the cafe section, which felt like a downgrade.
According to our travel document, it was stated that we would have a drink on arrival. The drink was missing, and when I pointed it out to the reception staff, they said that it was only coffee and tea. I told them that coffee and tea is not a drink, it's a beverage, and they promised to return. But did not.
Furthermore, I think cleaning of the rooms at 15:30 is a bit late, although the cleaners themselves were good and efficient.
